Grades of ANACAB Membership
1. Full Member Grade:
This grade of ANACAB membership is catered to accredited Certification Bodies, Conformity Assessment Bodies, or Inspection Bodies engaged in Management Systems, Personnel, Product Certification, and their related sectors. Professional Grade members are endowed with voting rights within ANACAB.
2. The Associate Member Grade:
Tailored for industry groups, governmental agencies, accreditation entities, and regulatory institutions.
Membership Fee Structure
Professional Grade:
During the first membership year, a fee of $1,500 USD is expected. Subsequent years will require an annual fee of $1,000 USD.
Associate Grade:
Members of this grade are subject to a flat annual fee of $500 USD.
Criteria for Applying to ANACAB
Full Member Grade Requirements:
– Operate as a Certifier or an Inspection Body providing certifications for Management Systems, Personnel, or Products in affiliated sectors.
– Possess a pertinent Accreditation, conferred by an Accreditation Institution recognized by the International Accreditation Forum or a Regional Accrediation Group, or an industry accreditation scheme as deemed relevant by ANACAB.
– Commit to the ANACAB Code of Ethics.
– Remit the initial Annual Fee before obtaining membership status.
– Accredited in the United States by an Accreditation Body that is recognized by the US Federal Government (SAM Registry)
– Has issued at least 20 certificates.
– Agrees to the ANACAB Code of Ethics
Associate Grade Requirements:
– Represent an organization that is:
– Actively involved in the conformity assessment domain or,
– Expresses an interest in conformity assessment.
– Pledge to the ANACAB Code of Ethics.
– Submit the inaugural Annual Fee before being recognized as an Associate Member.
